SHADOWBURN - Back at it!

It's been a while... a long while. Things happen in life that take you in different directions, and that happened to us for a long while. We were fortunate to find ourselves again and a brand new guitarist that is reshaping and improving our sound, drive, and quality. Derek O'Neal is taking us to heavier and more unique musical avenues that we are thoroughly excited about and we know you will all love the new sound that he has been central to creating. We have written 13 new songs and counting. We write faster than we can get them recorded, but we are getting there with the help of Open Bar Studios. We are getting there...

We have some shows coming up in April and June and hope to get in the album work throughout the Spring to release to you all as soon as possible. Album #2 will be released, but it doesn't feature all of the new songs, which is hard to fathom for us. There will be at least two songs that are revamped with our new sound from the second album as well. We will release it nonetheless for anyone interested. Then, we will be going back into the studio to produce the new album that forms our new sound. It's a long road (not really) that feels slow because society and the world live in this instant internet space. Give us time, it will get there. In the mean time, if you want to hear the new stuff... get to our shows! We can't express how much it means to us for you to come to shows and share in the musical experience with us. We love the feedback and knowing what you all think and want to hear and see from us.
